Nuerbles don't appear to have any kind of culture. They mainly just hang around watching what others are up to.

It's possible that the normal indices used to measure such things may not apply to them. Certainly they don't wear neckties, and have no knowledge of peanut butter. They don't seem to be able to distinguish one brand of detergent from another.

They also appear to have absolutely no survival traits whatsoever, but it doesn't make any difference, because they have no natural enemies, either. One might become annoyed with Nuerbles, but it is impossible to hate them.
 

They are surprisingly resilient little suckers, bouncing and squishing at the least provocation. You can smash them flat and they'll bounce right back. They do have to be careful, though. When overly excited, or when they come in contact with something sharp and pointed, they pop like a bubble.
